Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Thorn Exterior Services website and our window cleaning and exterior services. By requesting a quote or booking service, you agree to these terms.

Quotes

Quotes provided through this website, by phone, or by text are free and non-binding until both parties agree on scope, price, and scheduling. A quote is based on the information you provide; if the actual conditions differ materially (for example, significantly more windows than described), we will discuss any price change with you before starting work.

Scheduling & Access

Service appointments are scheduled Monday through Friday, 9:00am–6:30pm Pacific, subject to availability and weather. Because our method cleans exteriors from the ground with a water-fed pole system, you do not need to be home — but we do need access to an outdoor water spigot and clear access to the areas around your windows. Please secure pets and unlock gates on service day.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance by calling or texting (916) 803-4778. We may reschedule due to rain, high winds, or other unsafe conditions at no cost to you.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements are made in advance. We will confirm accepted payment methods when you book.

Satisfaction

If you're not happy with any part of the exterior cleaning, tell us within 48 hours and we will return to make it right at no charge.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Thorn Exterior Services LLC's liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, wear, or conditions discovered during service (we'll always point them out).
